Do you need help getting your financial $h*t together? Whether divorce, market changes, or just a need to reset financially, putting our head in the sand, will not improve the situation. We need tools and education. If you are like me, you may be financially rusty. I laugh because I worked from eleven when I started babysitting my cousins and always managed my finances. I even put my self through college, working several part-time jobs to make it happen almost debt-free. I started saving in a 401k right out of college with my first “real job” and was full of pride with my financial independence. Things changed when I had my first child and stopped being as involved with the finances.
Fast forward to now…18 years later…I needed to regroup and relearn how to take back my financial independence.
I highly recommend David Bach’s book Start Late, Finish Rich. I found out about the

Latte Factor first, which is more of a story of how little things we do in our lives, can add up. Cutting these small things back and saving the money spent on those items can be the difference between achieving financial goals and not. Since Bach referred to Start Late Finish Rich in the Latte Factor, I figured this might be an excellent place to start for me, and I was right. The only part that can be a little tricky in the audible version is the reference to several charts. If these are important to you, you may want to spring for the written version or add the Kindle version.
Let me know what you think!
