If you have never read this book, do yourself a favor and get it. Emotional Intelligence 2.0 is a look at not only what emotional intelligence is, but also how to implement the skills you have to improve your awareness of others as well as yourself. We all have areas to work on and I loved diving into my weak areas and looking at the areas where I excel so I can adjust these accordingly. Many people have high IQ scores, but are deficient in EQ.
