Jami's Acai Bowl
Healthy and quick, we love our fruit filled Acai Bowls filled with whatever frozen and fresh fruit is around
Equipment
- Blender (I use Ninja)
- knives
- Cutting Board
Ingredients
- packet Frozen acai I use Sambazon
- ½ banana frozen are best
- ½ c frozen fruit mixed berries or whatever you have on hand
- ¼ c fresh berries
- ½ c almond milk
- ¼ c granola/nuts/dried coconut
- drizzle honey optional
Instructions
- put all frozen fruit into blenderadd almond milkblend - will be a little thick compared to a smoothieadd to bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds or coconut
