
The Five Second Rule is a truly simple concept. It just isn’t that easy to do. I love Mel’s straight forward approach and “can do” attitude in this book. Whether it is tackling that to do list or achieving those big goals and aspirations, this book will remind you to just go for it.
Another part to reflection is to be the example to those looking at us. We don’t just talk the talk. We need to actually be the best versions of ourselves. We need to break the habits preventing us from forward motion.
