Jami's Acai Bowl

Healthy and quick, we love our fruit filled Acai Bowls filled with whatever frozen and fresh fruit is around

Equipment

  • Blender (I use Ninja)
  • knives
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • packet Frozen acai I use Sambazon
  • ½ banana frozen are best
  • ½ c frozen fruit mixed berries or whatever you have on hand
  • ¼ c fresh berries
  • ½ c almond milk
  • ¼ c granola/nuts/dried coconut
  • drizzle honey optional

Instructions

  • put all frozen fruit into blender
    add almond milk
    blend - will be a little thick compared to a smoothie
    add to bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds or coconut
